1. Schedule Consultation

- Meet to discuss needs and priorities to establish scope of work
- Tour Property, if applicable
- Deliverable: Scope of Work Statement, Proposed Schedule, and Design Fee\

 

2. Concept Development
- Develop Conceptual Layout and/or Site Diagram
- Meet with Client to Discuss Concept and Feasibility
- Deliverables might include conceptual floor plan and elevation for use in marketing to investors/tenants or in finance package

3. Design and Construction
- Develop Construction Plans for Bidding and Permitting
- Material and Furniture Selections
- Assist Client with Bidding and Contractor Selection
- Represent Client During Construction, review progress and quality of work, review and approve contractor application for payment
- Project Close Out - insure client receives all required manuals, warranties, lien waivers, etc
- Conduct 1 Year Warranty Inspection
